Third time using them for COVID-19 testing for travel. Easy scheduling, abundant appointment availability, convenient in-vehicle testing, NO FEES anymore with insurance (first time 2 years ago was $50); and verifiable documentation of test rests within an hour to upload to airlines. Such a breeze.
The staff at the 320 23rd St. location were courteous, helpful, and sincere in their interest to help me with my medical issue. Much more so than the people at the Harrison Center on Lee Highway. If I get a survey about that location I’ll be sure to include how unhelpful they were.

We were in town visiting my dad & wife w/ my family. My son had strep throat & was taking an antibiotic before leaving home. Friday morning I had to take him to an urgent care, because the strep got extremely worse & his tonsils were so swollen. The female provider that helped us was extremely nice and took great care of him. The two other gentlemen there were nice as well. I found a great place in an unfamiliar area.

I had the best experience. Doctor is very composed, detailed, experienced and kind. The medical assistant Merly is great as well. I will highly recommend this clinic. Second time experience (Aug 2022) – Great service, clean place, Dr. Rashid is extremely intelligent and generous.
