Still waiting on my test results from a week ago. Was quoted 2-3 days :/ but I don’t think this is on the center itself. The provider was very nice and they are working as hard as they can to treat everyone
Making the appointment was easy. The staff stayed on schedule so there were no delays. I got my results electronically in the amount of time promised.
I’ve been going here for a couple of months for Covid rapid testing and I’m constantly amazed at how lovely and kind the staff are. The process is easy and the results come pretty quickly.

As a Healthcare Professional, I was beyond impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. I had little hope that I would get tested last evening because most area clinics seem to close around 7:00 pm. But they were able to help me. Online scheduling was very easy as well. It was super simple once you get a parking space. It happened to be a busy day at Harris Teeter so that was probably the only downside. But the place is wonderful, the doctor comes out and talks to you, they even have you wait for your results if you take the rapid test. Overall wonderful experience.
