Best experience with urgent care that I’ve had in the DMV area
Easy online service to schedule an appointment and check-in. Very friendly staff and doctors who actually make you feel heard and seen even in an urgent care scenario. Thorough with questions and explanations – will be coming back!
Easy to deal with clinic..
I had an unexpected urgent medical issue pop up while out of town for a wedding. I had a great experience with Vista. They were open late and were able to get me in on short notice. The booking process through the app was fairly easy, although the available times and choosing one kept malfunctioning, so I had to choose a later time than initially expected. However, when I arrived, I was able to be seen right away. They had the testing materials needed in-house, and I was able to receive the treatment I needed that same night. I was really happy to find this urgent care!
Staff was attentive and took time to answer my questions. They were responsive to my concerns and medical history. They set me up with a diagnostics and treatment plan before I left. Waiting on getting access to my records.
Quick and easy
Had a great job and I’m glad they were open to stitch up my hand and I didn’t have to go to the emergency room. This was also about half the price but they were very friendly and got me in to see the doctor immediately. Highly recommend, will go back.

While traveling on vacation near the D.C. area I developed a bad sinus infection and sought a reputable immediate care center close to our hotel that was open after 8:00 p.m. I found the Urgent Care Center of Arlington on Harrison Street in Arlington VA. The personnel and nurse practitioner were all very friendly and helpful. I believe I was given a correct diagnosis based on my symptoms and was provided with the necessary prescriptions being transmitted to a nearby 24 hr. pharmacy. My wait time was minimal and I was seen promptly with a total visit time of around 75 minutes. The pharmacy was a short drive and I had my medications within 30 minutes. Thanks to the staff and the NP, Carole, for her help in getting me up and going again! Highly recommended!!!
As always good service. Dr Rashid is a good doctor and helped me more than the ER doctors from Inova hospital. The lady from front desk Flor is a helpful person and the MA Mohammad was wonderful. Great job everyone.
The entire process starting with making the appointment was quick and easy. Was seen immediately. The staff was thorough and competent; listened to what I said and performed appropriate tests, diagnosed and then prescribed appropriate meds. Clinicians also had a very nice bedside manner and were very pleasant. All in all a very positive experience.
