I had a fantastic experience getting a COVID test prior to Thanksgiving. I was able to make an appointment on their website. They said to expect to take 1 1/2 hrs from arrival and the whole process took about an hour. It was quite an operation but very well run. Staff was professional and friendly! Oh, and they took insurance, so no out of pocket expense. I highly recommend!
Staff was very friendly and efficient when it came to COVID testing. Everything was done outside/in your car so you weren’t around other patients. Also the online appointment option was very convenient!
This team works so hard! I came down with a virus that had all the same symptoms as covid and was worried— they got me in that day and tested me for covid and the flu, and i was able to get my results immediately (thankfully both were negative). It was a bit of a wait sitting in the car, but it was during the busiest time before thanksgiving so that would be expected — staff were running around going as fast as they could. Really appreciate their service during this time!
Hardest working group! Thank you all. It did take two hours but it was only because of the numbers of clients and not because the staff wasn’t hustling!

Very efficient COVID-19 testing experience.
My wife and I had Covid testing done. Staff was pleasant and everything went as expected. Wait time was a bit long, but that is a function of the current situation. As a bonus, we learned that UCCA has negotiated with (at least some) insurance companies to waive the co-pay that we expected to pay. Great service
I’ve gone twice to this location for COVID testing, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The nurses and other staff are so friendly, diligent, and quick in getting us tested and providing results. I was in and out (of the parking lot) in the morning in just under an hour. The first time I went was a similar timeframe, perhaps a little longer, but still incredibly convenient. Be sure to book way in advance for COVID rapid testing! I also really appreciate the center’s reminder emails and texts for appointments. You even have to confirm in advance that you’ll be attending. It shows how serious they are in keeping with their schedule of appointments.

I was very impressed with the service and staff of the urgent care. Despite there being a never ending line of people receiving COVID tests, the nurse practitioner still took the time to sit with me to discuss my symptoms (non COVID) and did not rush my visit. I would strongly recommend Arlington Urgent care.
Clinic was busy. Many appointments and clear why they make appointments late in the day – parking lot was dominated by COVID testing patients. Ran 35 minutes late on my appointed time, but results were expeditious. Staff very professional, test not uncomfortable, process was simple.
