Went here on a Sunday night, and was seen right away. Dr on call was able to diagnose me and provided medication to support. I definitely would go back if I had another urgent medical need.
Vista Urgent Care is an awesome medical facility with a great, professional medical team! They take special care of all patients who arrive there. After checking in, I was called to the back one night because I was pregnant and didn’t know if my home blood pressure reading was correct. Well, it really was high. Robyn was the nurse working that night and she was like my mother. She told me I needed to get to the hospital urgently and that she was giving me 30 minutes to go home, pack a bag, and get there. She told me she was going to call the hospital to make sure I arrived safely, and she really did call. I’ve been to many Urgent Care facilities. No one has ever taken the time to follow-up like she did and call a hospital to make sure the patient arrived safely. Plus, it was after hours by the time I arrived to the hospital. I’m saying all of this to say if you want a great medical facility with a medical staff that cares, go to Vista Urgent Care! They will always take care of you in every way possible!

Easy to get an appointment, reasonable wait time in office, great communication with doctor and staff.
The doctor or nurse practitioner was great and the availability of PCR testing led to a quick and accurate diagnosis for my son. However, the manner and attitude of the first guy (medical technician) who saw my 9 year old was so rude that my son was afraid and wanted to leave. That guy should be fired. Overall it is a great urgent care and our experience was marred by one bitchy guy.
