I walked in today and was greeted right away and was seen as quickly. The staff is super friendly and kind. The facility is very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and will go back, if needed.

The receptionist was extremely nice, helpful, & knowledgeable. The Nurse Practitioner that saw me was polite, kind, understanding, & helpful.
Awesome place, Dr. Rashid will take excellent care of you. Her and I have had an established a patient Dr. Relationship 5 years ago. I went to her in desperation and I was i critical condition i would say. She managed my care excellent and saved my life. Everytime after that she got to know me personally and she was able to treat me spot on. I was able to improve my health within 10 days after without any complications.If ever I am in need of urgent care no matter when. I will always go to her. I recommend everyone use them for their urgent care needs.
Online process was easy. Appointment at 7am, I was struggling to get to the urgent care. Told me, they will not have a provider until 10am. 🤦♀️ I finally made it here on a separate occasion and everyone was fantastic.
Quick & efficiency. Didn’t rush. Everyone was friendly & professional. Seen b4 my appt time, called in RX, 5 minutes later we were in our way home.

I walked in the office and was in the patient room within 5 min. The longest part of the visit was waiting for my three negative tests to come back and they told me the expected wait time. I was very happy.
This is for the new North Arlington location. I was able to scheduled an appointment same day for sudden onset of flu like symptoms just days after recovering from COVID. I had to leave work early and needed an appointment same day. There was little wait time and the doctor took the time to thoroughly examine and listen to my experiences and symptoms to make a diagnosis. The Doctor didn’t just rely on test results but used clinical judgement and experience to diagnose me with the flu and treated me as such despite having a negative test result. She prescribed tamiflu and I began taking it right away and I’m so thankful she did because every symptom I had indicated flu. Had she not treated me as such because of the test, I would have likely experienced much worse symptoms. Definitely recommend this place if you need urgent medical care.
