This is my second time here, and I am so appreciative of the kindness and humility of the doctor. It was remarkable that Dr. Sullivan called back my wife two days after our visit to check on our daughter’s illness. In my 25 years, I have never experienced such a level of care. Showed up on a Friday night following a kitchen accident to a bunch of really bunch of much sicker people ahead of me and had to wait about 30 minutes longer than the 10pm appointment. Had to have 5 stitches in my hand. Had been a busy day there from what I had heard and I was last patient. Despite the delay, Jorge the M.A. was great and very diligent and answered all my questions. Saw Dr. Rashid and he stopped the bleeding promptly and and carefully stitched me up to ensure minimal scarring and quicker healing. Answered all my questions. Calm business like manner. Yes, sometimes you have to wait but was better off for having made decision to go and was very pleased with the outcome. They did a great job. I think people don’t ask questions and you have to be your own advocate, and have things explained to you and they followed proper safety cleanliness procedures.
Couldn’t be happier. Dr Rashid took care of a cyst I had that became painful. Relieved it’s taken care of and I don’t have to find a Dermatologist or General Surgeon to do it. Some Surgeon’s want to do this sort of thing in the Fairfax Hospital, which is $$$.
I walked in today and was greeted right away and was seen as quickly. The staff is super friendly and kind. The facility is very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and will go back, if needed.

Awesome place, Dr. Rashid will take excellent care of you. Her and I have had an established a patient Dr. Relationship 5 years ago. I went to her in desperation and I was i critical condition i would say. She managed my care excellent and saved my life. Everytime after that she got to know me personally and she was able to treat me spot on. I was able to improve my health within 10 days after without any complications.If ever I am in need of urgent care no matter when. I will always go to her. I recommend everyone use them for their urgent care needs.
Online process was easy. Appointment at 7am, I was struggling to get to the urgent care. Told me, they will not have a provider until 10am. 🤦♀️ I finally made it here on a separate occasion and everyone was fantastic.
Quick & efficiency. Didn’t rush. Everyone was friendly & professional. Seen b4 my appt time, called in RX, 5 minutes later we were in our way home.
