Best urgent care experience I’ve had! I went in for a Covid test, which came back negative, but the doctor took time to review my symptoms and make suggestions on how to get me back to feeling 100%. Even though they were seeing a lot of clients, I was grateful that the interactions I had with staff members with helpful, kind, and intentional.
My son had a runny nose and rising fever. Despite not having an appointment they took him in late on Sunday night and ran COVID and flu tests right away and 15 mins later ascertained it was just a cold. The techs were especially great considering they were handling so many people all at once. My son was scared to take the swab test after a previous tech had jammed it too far in but the very calming girl at the desk got him to do it and even made him laugh in the process. Now I know which urgent care to head to.

Very friendly, courteous, and professional. I walked up on a Saturday evening to see if I could get a rapid Covid test since I had travelled to DC for a two-day in office meeting with 8 other people from all over the country. I did not want to return home to my wife at the end of the week without being sure I was safe. They explained my appointment options which included an available slot within the next 15 minutes. I accepted the appointment, they administered the exam and 15 minutes later, I received my results and was on my way. It doesn’t get more convenient than this.
Very efficient, despite increased patient load due to COVID. The staff was very understanding that I didn’t feel well (and was out of my mind on cold medicine), and made my appointment very easy! I was able to wait in my car to keep everyone safe.
Scheduled our flu vaccine appointments here; great experience! the 3 of us were brought in on time and quickly received our vaccines. No overhead, and everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend!
This place is great. Good care and good availability. Lady that answers the phone was very helpful and works to get us an appointment immediately. I’ve been here several times for kid related incidents – bites, head bumps, covid tests – always felt we were well taken care of.
The visit was good and thorough, but I had to wait an hour in the waiting room before the doctor saw me. That part wasn’t great.
