A great doctor on top of his game. I began receiving medical care from Dr. Haroon Rashid following the retirement of my doctor Truong Van in 2017. Dr. Rashid and his medical team are always attentive, comforting, and absolutely wonderful taking care of my medical needs.
They got me in on a Sunday. The fellow who was running to and from the office to cars, the outdoor line, to do testing was a paragon of patience and good humor. Urgent care, if you’re reading, he deserves a raise for dealing with the public. Women who showed up 45 min. early for her appt. (after me) demanded to be seen that minute. Class act that guy.
My little girl (7) and I showed up, unscheduled this past Tuesday around 4pm. I knew her regular pediatrician’s office wouldn’t be able to get her in on such short notice. My daughter was crying and in terrible pain from a UTI. Although, we didn’t have an appointment, the wonderful staff here immediately got her in, tested and medicated. I would recommend.

Update on second visit 12/8/2020: Despite the horrific uptick in COVID rates and the increase in the number of people getting tested, the Urgent Care Center of Arlington has meet the challenge with professionalism and courtesy. I arrived on time for my 6:50 pm appt and was on my way back home (with a negative result :)) less than 90 minutes later. 34 degrees out and they are bundled up in warm clothes (and plenty of PPE) going from car to car late into the evening – ALL with smiles on their faces. Despite how busy they are they take the time to explain what they are doing and will answer as many questions as you need. 10/2020: Fast, professional, and safe! You are doing great work. Thank you!
Went there for covid testing and found the process and people to be fast, organized, efficient, professional and friendly.
I needed a rapid COIVD-19 test right away. I had received a close contact notification, and my son was flying to see us the same day! Got an online appt., the sign-in site was simple, and of course the staff was very pleasant and efficient. A negative result in less than a 1/2 hour! Thanks Urgent Care! Now off to pickup my son at the airport.
I had a terrific experience here getting flu and covid tests from my car (negative). The staff were kind, professional, and clear throughout the process. They were booked up until 10pm and still friendly. This was opposite of my experience here a year ago where I waited 3+ hours in my car to get my child tested and paperwork was all botched. Thanks for the improvements!
