Professional, safe, and efficient, and on time. I had a COVID test done. They came out to my car 3 times. First was to get insurance information and gave me check-in papers to fill out. The second was to take the sample. 30 minutes later, the doctor gave me my result verbally and on paper.

We went for a rapid COVID test. It was easy, the information on their website is very thorough and helpful. The appointment worked just the way it was explained on the website. It was very efficient.
The technician was prompt in providing forms to fill out and it was a relatively short wait before he returned to perform the nasal swab. I was a little sore from that, but small price to pay! You have to wait 30 minutes in your car for the results. Not sure that is mentioned in the confirmation email.
I went for COVID 19 rapid testing at 7:00 pm on a Saturday night. The staff was nice and the procedure was safe — you stay in your car — and quick: by 8:15 pm I had the result.
Went to this urgent care to get a rapid test done for COVID-19. It was easy to make an appointment on their website. Pulled up in front of the building and called to let them know I arrived and someone came out to help me right away. The process was really simple – filled out a couple of forms (new patient), got swabbed, waited in the car and got my results in 30 minutes. I did not have to leave the car once and the doctor answered all my questions when she came to deliver my test result. I’ve heard that rapid tests are pretty faulty but this one has 95% accuracy so it’s definitely trustworthy.
