The staff was friendly and professional.
I was able to make the appointment the day prior online; I was greeted by medical personnel very shortly after I arrived; the test occurred 10 minutes or less following my arrival, and the test results were delivered to me 20-30 minutes after the swab procedure. I was surprised the entire process took as short of a time as it did. The specialist who saw me was helpful, friendly, and informative.

Urgent Care Center of Arlington was by far the most efficient covid testing place I have seen. I scheduled an appointment for a rapid test and the entire process was done in under 40 minutes. Super friendly and professional staff!

Straight forward applications and appointment process via website. Multiple email and text reminder. The location is easy to get to and lots of parking. The process to get swapped is efficient. Can choose between PCR or RAPID test. RAPID test is 30min turn around time for results. They take all insurance. Would use them again for testing.
This visit to the Urgent Care Center was amazing! Setting up the appointment online worked flawlessly. I was contacted by phone for more information. The staff was unfailingly friendly and professional. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I was in need of a very simple procedure So your mileage may vary, but the whole visit only took about 2 hours, including their required COVID-19 test.
