Easy to set up an appointment. Good communication with office staff. It’s very busy, so you may need to wait a bit while there, but that is very much expected. Efficient and safe while there.
This was my first visit with Ugent Care today.The receptionist is very pleasant,professional,and more than helpful assisting me with everything I needed help with being my first time as a patient. Also the doctor on staff cares about your health as well. If the services didn’t meet my standards I would not have been a patient there today.

Nice employees and a good system in place to get people through quickly. I was checked in, tested and had my results in less than an hour. Would definitely use this place again in the future if needed. Was also able to get a same day appointment which was unexpected but very much needed.
