I was in need of medical attention yesterday. This was my first experience going to an urgent care facility. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. If ever the need arises again I will definitely return.

My 80 yr old dad had horrible cough and pain in his chest. The staff at this facility was kind and caring. The entire visit took less than an hour and they quickly prescribed my dad necessary antibiotics and meds and we were done. Very clean facility and wonderful doctor and staff.

The service was great! At other places, you usually have to wait a long time, but here they finished all the tests quickly and told me I could go. They said they would contact me when the results are ready — that’s a great thing!
Raving Review for Vista Medical Center – Crystal City Date of Visit: Friday, July 26, 2025 I visited Vista Medical Center last Friday in terrible hip pain, and I cannot say enough good things about the care I received. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and urgency. Nurse Dolly greeted me at the door and immediately helped. She was warm, welcoming, and got me checked in quickly, which meant everything at that moment. Nurse Practitioner Carol was caring, attentive, and truly knew her stuff. The treatment she gave me provided relief when I needed it most. Even though Ia couple of nights later went I was admitted into the hospital the doctors confirmed that Carol was absolutely right in her approach of care.
The check in was easy the doctor and staff was so nice and amazing with my special needs daughter. They took their time to make her feel comfortable and calm during the appointment. The doctor was very patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am so grateful for their understanding and compassion towards my daughter. Thank you to the entire team for making her visit a positive experience. We will definitely be coming back for future appointments.
You can check in online. Wait wasn’t that long. They saw me, did exam, and sent out for labs quickly. Pretty smooth process.
