Scheduled a visit for a Covid rapid test online, they have a very nice set up and everything is done from the comfort of your own car. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a rapid test!
Very positive experience! I arrived early and was able to check in right away, get my COVID test within 10 minutes, and got clear results only about 30 minutes later. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they run a very organized process.
The testing went smoothly. They have you come up to the door, knock on it and someone will come out to hand you paperwork along with a large printed number. You take the number and leave it on the outside of your windshield and they will come back to your car to administer the test. Everyone did it quickly and they told us to wait for about 30 minutes for the printed results. I overheard that if we wanted to leave we would have to call and ask to have the results over the phone, but if you wanted the printed results to wait. The Dr. came out and gave me my result within the timeframe specified and sent me on my way. It was very easy and I am super thankful for the Dr. and his team to work under such conditions.
Through all of the chaos with Covid and getting tested, this office did the daggone thing! They were prompt, patient, and efficient. Totally recommend them! My only advice – make sure YOU are patient. Remember, a lot of people are getting tested and the parking lot is not the best (which is beyond their control because they share it with multiple companies including Harris Teeter) – give yourself more than an hour to be there, but again, they all were great!

The team is the most hardworking, professionals I’ve seen in a long time. The go nonstop. I was a nervous wreck when I arrived. They are kind, patient and genuinely caring. I would last about two hours before the physical and emotional toll took over. End of story. P.S. Give them ten stars.
VERY EASY here. The staff is patient, professional, and personable. I got tested for COVID here and it was very straightforward. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. It’s required and they go quickly. Just be sure to bring your ID, insurance card, and credit/debit/HSA card with you. The paperwork is easy as well. All you have to do is wait and they swab you. Pretty simple.
