Went here for a drive-up COVID-19 rapid test before travel. Signed up for an appointment online. The process was clear and easy. It took about an hour for me to get my test results after I arrived. Would recommend.
The covid testing process was incredibly organized and well coordinated. The system for checking in and waiting in your car was so easy and stress free. The staff is also very kind and we’re grateful for them!

The staff was very polite and efficient. The entire process was organized in a way to keep both staff and patients safe from each other while getting you tested, and results back, within 20 minutes. Very impressive.
He is Excellent, Professional, and would do his best to make you comfortable. He will discuss with you as need. I personally wish he would discuss in more details but perhaps because he is busy and having a long list. The staff is ok.I wish they had faster response /call back on the phone. •His covid test speed at the other location is out of this world(phenomenal). In 15 minutes only. •I only wish if his location / building had in site imaging as CT /MRI, but the clinic has X-Ray facility. But that shouldn’t be a big issue. As he will refer you to do the needed procedure and the area has many labs/ diagnostic centres around. •Comfortable waiting area.

Scheduled a visit for a Covid rapid test online, they have a very nice set up and everything is done from the comfort of your own car. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a rapid test!
Very positive experience! I arrived early and was able to check in right away, get my COVID test within 10 minutes, and got clear results only about 30 minutes later. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they run a very organized process.
The testing went smoothly. They have you come up to the door, knock on it and someone will come out to hand you paperwork along with a large printed number. You take the number and leave it on the outside of your windshield and they will come back to your car to administer the test. Everyone did it quickly and they told us to wait for about 30 minutes for the printed results. I overheard that if we wanted to leave we would have to call and ask to have the results over the phone, but if you wanted the printed results to wait. The Dr. came out and gave me my result within the timeframe specified and sent me on my way. It was very easy and I am super thankful for the Dr. and his team to work under such conditions.
Through all of the chaos with Covid and getting tested, this office did the daggone thing! They were prompt, patient, and efficient. Totally recommend them! My only advice – make sure YOU are patient. Remember, a lot of people are getting tested and the parking lot is not the best (which is beyond their control because they share it with multiple companies including Harris Teeter) – give yourself more than an hour to be there, but again, they all were great!
