I visited Visita Medical Center today and I could not be more pleased. It is a nice stand alone building, nicely lit, clean easy, and easy to park. What makes this facilty better is the staff, friendly and courteous; Merly, at the front was extremely pleasant and accomdating. Saving the best for last, Emelda, the Nurse Parctioner on duty, she was a cut above; she showed she cared from the moment I walked in; she suggested and offered me a mask since there were many walk-ins with flu. Emelda, was friendly, attentive, served me well, and showed she that cared beyond any expectation… I am so thankful and pleased that such a facility is conveniently located within our community. I do not wish anyone to need it, but if needed, I highly recommended.
This rating references my experiences at the Vista Medical Center on 23rd Street in Crystal City Virginia. While these centers are affiliated, I have only been seen at the 23rd Street facility. This is my “go to” urgent care medical group that I trust when my primary care physician is not available. They are thoroughly committed to offering best practices in their approach towards your health care. I recommend them highly.
