This place is absolutely phenomenal! Appointments are quick and easy to make. The online check-in process is a breeze. Wait times are short. The medical assistant (Ahmed) and physician (Dr. Rishi) are friendly, easygoing, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I have never experienced such fantastic healthcare service in America in the last 20+ years. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit. I had been very sick for a few days, and being availabe on a Sunday was wonderful! I got online and booked an appointment just an hour out. I liked being able to upload pictures of my insurance card and ID, although I had to do it again when I set up my Solv app account later. Maybe it would have been different if I did that first? Also, there was inconsistency in the app. The first time I had the option of uploading an existing pictures of my cards rather than using the camera. The app account would only allow me to use the camera, so I had to skip it because at the time I was not in a good place to re-take the pictures. Also, when I checked in on-site, they sent me a link foe more paperwork. Not excessive, but I don’t see why that couldn’t have been sent earlier so I could have had it done before I got there. The NP was very thorough, even though she seemed a bit rushed. Even though she was busy I do not feel that she cut the time she needed with me short at all. I’m sure she would have stayed with me longer if I had any more questions. Influenza A (which I have) is going around so everywhere is busy, but it speaks highly of her that she would not allow the business to compromise care.
I had anaphylaxis (a severe allergic reaction) in response to a medication I had been taking. They got me in and out in about an hour and a half. That included some time (probably 20ish minutes or so) monitoring me after treatment. Thank you so much to the team for quick and effective assistance!
My favorite Urgent care center. I drive from Silver spring here because they get you in/out quick. The facility is nice and everyone on staff is nice to talk to. They got a 24/7 pharmacy down the street. This is my go to Urgent care it’s worth the trip anywhere in DMV
I went without an appointment, was greeted immediately and was able to see a doctor quickly. They listened to my concerns, performed a quick lab test, and diagnosed my issue. I have always had great care at Vista.
Took my daughter for an ear infection at 9pm. Easy in and out and they take insurance.
This was my first visit to Vista, after several days of a severe head cold. I saw Dr Rashid who was very personable and informed me of my test results. He then prescribed 3 medications. I started the meds immediately after getting home and saw an improvement within hours! I was able to breathe again. I’m very pleased with Vista Medical and will most definitely return with any urgent care or primary care needs. Highly recommended!!
